- Property: We handle contracts and property management agreements for a variety of clients based in the property industry.
- Travel: Our team advises on all aspects of travel-related contracts and agreements.
- Outsourcing: Our clients include outsourcing suppliers as well as companies who outsource part of their business or function – giving us a broad perspective of all the issues involved.
- Intellectual Property: We have nearly 20 years’ experience in IP and IP exploitation contracts dealing with a full range of licences and IP transfer agreements.
