“We take a very hands-on approach. Because we understand the business, we can add real value to a deal, especially when we’re involved from the outset.” Gareth Williams Head of Commercial Property
We try to make the law work for you and not against you. For example Land Registration rules were recently changed to make all registers open and transparent. The effect is that highly sensitive information relating to a transaction can be viewed by anyone who’s interested. Many developers, agents and surveyors don’t realise that there is legal provision for them to withhold certain sensitive and confidential information from the registers. We can advise how to ensure your business does not suffer from ‘overexposure’ of this nature.
