For a fixed fee, we provide an audit of your key commercial contracts, licences, commercial policies and documentation including:

• Sale/Purchase Terms and Conditions;
• Contracts with suppliers/customers (agency, distribution etc);
• IT – we review of third party licences you have entered into to check that you are compliant?
• Website Review – we check that this compliant. Do you have Terms of Use and Privacy Policy etc
• IP – Are you protected?

If we find existing commercial contracts are non-complaint we identify this and advise how these can be amended (again for a fixed fee).

Following an initial audit we can follow this up each year to check that the documents reviewed in the initial audit are still appropriate to your business needs and in line with current legislation.
