We have extensive experience of venture capital, business angel and pre-IPO fundraisings. Our work often concerns development capital financings and raising equity for corporate transactions such as management buy-outs. We’re often involved in pre-IPO financing as a precursor to a flotation.
Our ability to talk commercially with experience and authority about what is involved in different fundraising options, private on the one hand and public on the other, has been very useful for our clients. Not many law firms in the South are able to offer such perspective.
