“We are one of a very few firms outside London specialising in this kind of work” Roger Bailey, Partner
Going public is often an ‘unknown quantity’ for company directors. With our knowledge and experience, we’re able to advise directors and their professional advisers on the wider implications of floating a business, as well as the legal process itself. We work with clients well in advance to prepare companies for admission to public markets, bringing to bear our skills in teamwork, planning and project management.
We act for AIM and Plus (formerly Ofex) companies, for directors wishing to float their business and for nominated and corporate advisers and brokers. In fact we act for advisers and brokers as much as we act for the companies themselves. This gives us a valuable insight into the flotation process and a valuable sense of perspective.
Our work involves projects in the UK and overseas, notably the US and the Far East where AIM is becoming increasingly attractive as a route to market.
We advise on
"Above all I look for a pragmatic and positive approach from a corporate finance lawyer…that’s the kind of approach Roger Bailey and his team deliver." Graham Atthill-Beck, Hichens Harrison & Co. plc.
