- Insurance against all types of employment tribunal claims. Empsure covers the cost of awards made against you, and the cost of our legal representation defending you against the claim (policy restrictions apply) up to a value of £125,000 per claim.
All contact regarding the claim is handled by an expert in our employment team who is authorised by the underwriters to make decisions regarding the conduct of the claim. This means any time consuming administration is taken off your hands.
