Insolvency and business recovery

If you are involved in a business that is facing insolvency, you need to understand your options and legal responsibilities so that you can make the right decisions with confidence.

We work with business owners and insolvency practitioners, providing practical advice and expert guidance on how to navigate the process and achieve the best possible outcome.

Our style is pragmatic and plain-speaking. We believe the best way we can support you is to get the situation sorted out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We are flexible about fees, and happy to talk to you about alternative funding methods such as Conditional Fee Agreements or ‘no recovery-no fee’ arrangements for creditors.

If you would like to find out more, call Mark Osgood on 023 8071 8140 or email him here.

If you need to recover a debt, you will want it done as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, without it becoming a distraction to your business. We have an impressive record of recovering debts and assets very efficiently. Around 70% of referrals to us result in payment within seven days, without the need for court proceedings. Our specialist lawyers are highly motivated and committed, and have the knowledge and experience to handle all aspects of debt recovery for you.

Our hourly rates range from £150 to £250. We can of course be flexible and will always consider alternative funding methods such as Conditional Fee Agreements, where appropriate. For creditors we are sometimes able to provide a fixed fee or 'no recovery-no fee’ solutions. We always advise on the likelihood of recovery before costs are incurred.
