Whether in relation to business matters or your own personal affairs, if you have been asked to return documents to an overseas lawyer once they have been notarised or legalised, you need to contact a notary.

A notary, also known as a notary public, authenticates documents in order for them be recognised abroad as legal, correct and in order. By signing and sealing a document, a notary authenticates that document so that, provided the necessary formalities have been carried out, it will be accepted without question in jurisdictions all over the world.
