If you are thinking of selling your house with vacant possession then you will need a Home Information Pack in order that you or your Estate Agent can commence marketing the property. Mike Wilson, Partner
Home Information Packs (HIPs) are now compulsory for all properties. You will be unable to put your property on the market without one. With extensive experience of residential property transactions, Moore Blatch is ideally placed to help you compile your HIP. We can prepare the HIP in-house at an extremely competitive price and can access the information required quickly and efficiently with the use of our excellent IT resources.
Contents of an Home Information Pack are as follows:
Freehold Property 1. Index.2. Home Energy Performance Certificate.3. Sales Statement.4. Title Documents and plan.5. Local Authority Search.6. Drainage Search. Leasehold Property In addition to the above:- 1. The Lease.2. Details of the Landlord and Managing Agent together with management and financial information. Why use Moore Blatch to do your HIP? * Moore Blatch offers an efficient HIP production service.* Moore Blatch HIPs are priced very competitively.* If you use Moore Blatch to produce your HIP then you will own the HIP outright, which means that you can take it with you should you decide to change Estate Agents.
The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can have the HIP ready to go to your buyers solicitors. This level of efficiency early on saves valuable time later in the transaction and means you are more likely to have a swift and uncomplicated sale.
"The standard of service from your office has been to an exceptional level. Short of asking if I needed assistance in decorating my new house (the option is still there!) there was nothing more you could have done. Thank you"
