Commercial property solicitor joins to meet growing demand
As commercial property transactions continue to feature in the headlines, Hampshire based Moore Blatch has appointed talented new recruit Edward Whittington to respond to rising demand for its commercial property services.
A qualified solicitor with over five years experience, Edward joins Moore Blatch with a significant following, having successfully established his commercial property expertise at two renowned regional practices.
Edward will be based at Moore Blatch’s Southampton office and will advise individuals and companies on all aspects of property development, sales and purchase of commercial and residential property, lease negotiation and secured lending.
He is a member of The Agricultural Law Association and can also offer specialist guidance on buying, selling and leasing agricultural and rural property.
Moore Blatch property partner Julian Parkes comments: “Edward is a superb new addition to our team and will strengthen and support the existing skills within the department.
“His additional knowledge of agricultural and rural property will also be of vital benefit to many in the surrounding area,” he said.
Edward will be looking to work closely with local commercial property and land agents and is already introducing modern IT solutions to increase the efficiency of transactions.
Commenting on his move, Edward says: “I am really pleased to have joined a growing firm which is able to offer a range of services and support that will benefit my existing and future clients.”
Outside of work, Edward owns and trains horses and is a keen polo player and horse rider. He is married and has a son, Henry, born in 2009.
