Moore Blatch expands to increase regional stronghold

After reporting a successful financial year, Hampshire based solicitors Moore Blatch is pleased to announce that they will be expanding by opening an additional office in Whiteley early in the New Year.

The new office, located on the Solent Business Park, will house the firm’s professional negligence and lender service teams currently based in the firm’s two Southampton offices located on the Avenue and London Road.

The expansion will free up vital space in Southampton to allow the firm to continue with its growth plan for other areas of the business, notably personal injury, corporate commercial and litigation.

Managing Partner, David Thompson comments: “The opening of this new office demonstrates our commitment to growing in Hampshire and will allow us to increase our reach in and around the South,” he said.

Having a presence in Whiteley is also key to the firm’s private client division who are keen to extend their expertise within the south coast region.

The addition of the Whiteley office will take the firm to 5 offices and over 240 staff in total.

David concludes: “We are always looking for growth opportunities with a view to sealing our regional presence. Last year we made a number of key recruitments which helped to strengthen existing departments and provided new scope for existing work. Our move to Whiteley is a natural next step in our expansion plans for the region” he said.
