I am a Paralegal in the firm’s asset recovery team, specialising in repossession litigation on behalf of major lenders and mortgage providers, for both commercial and residential properties. I also offer support to the repossession sales team, working together with our asset managers to achieve the best results possible for our clients.
In addition, I support the property reclaim team, working with lettings agents and landlords to recover possession of rented properties. I also deal with the appointment of receivers for mortgagee clients who have tenanted properties.
