Acting for landlords and tenants I negotiate all necessary occupancy arrangements and ancillary management documentation for a wide range of properties including retail, office, industrial, warehouse, hotels, licensed premises and mixed use.

I also deal with acquisitions, disposals, mortgages and re-financing arrangements for both freehold and leasehold property including portfolios of property.

Working with the Lender Services and Insolvency teams I carry out all types of property work for lenders, LPA and fixed charge receivers, liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy.
