I am a paralegal in the firm’s professional negligence team, dealing with claims on behalf of our banking and lender clients.

Our clients rely on us to pursue their claims for compensation in the most efficient way possible. They don’t want their interests or reputation damaged, or to have their claim tied up in court for months.

So they expect us to be flexible in our thinking and to explore every possible avenue for reaching a successful outcome, including mediation where appropriate.
