Partner and Head of Employment
I am a partner and head of the firm’s employment law team. I work from our Richmond and Southampton offices. We handle all aspects of employment law, acting for clients ranging from large corporates to small companies, as well as senior executives.
My business clients want to know that whatever the problem, they can rely on us, whether it’s handling boardroom and shareholder disputes, the TUPE issues surrounding a merger, or helping manage a major redundancy programme. We are also on hand to advise on difficult situations involving individual employees, drafting and negotiating termination packages. Where these proceed to Tribunal, our clients can rest assured they have the full support of one of the most formidable legal teams in the region.
Of course, clients also need to make sure they remain compliant with ever-changing employment regulations. We help them implement the right procedures and policies and ensure they are meeting their employer responsibilities.
My individual clients are usually directors or senior managers facing issues relating to their employment contracts, restrictive covenants, redundancy, a boardroom dispute or require assistance negotiating their exit package. They need clear and practical advice on their situation and the best course of action.
We are seasoned employment law experts with a depth of knowledge and experience across all employment related matters. We give our clients the reassurance of knowing they have a team of heavyweight lawyers on their side.
