I am responsible for the management of the finance team ensuring full compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and also Statutory accounting standards.

I control and monitor daily cashflows and working capital and production of monthly management reporting.  I contribute to and produce financial analysis for key business proposals.

All business decisions will require a degree of financial input and therefore my involvement in the business is varied and extensive across Moore Blatch eg being responsible for organising the business insurances to driving business performance improvements through IT and processes.

I am part of the management team and work closely with the managing partner, finance director, operations director and heads of departments on budgets, forecasts and setting the firm’s financial strategy.
