Partner and Head of Asset Recovery
Area of Expertise
- Asset recovery - insolvency
- Asset recovery - professional negligence
I am a partner and head of the professional negligence team, dealing with more general professional negligence claims. I also head the firm’s business recovery and insolvency team, and have an interest in marine legal matters.
I deal with negligence claims against professional practices such as solicitors, surveyors, architects and accountants as well as all aspects of contentious insolvency, acting for insolvency practitioners and company directors. My marine clients are businesses such as boatyards or marinas, and individual boat owners.
In all cases, my clients want legal advice that is clear, practical and cost-effective. And they expect me, as a partner, to be closely involved at all times and available at the end of the phone.
We have built up a high level of expertise and practical experience in these specialist teams, and our lawyers are known as much for their understanding of business as their expert knowledge of the law.
This gives my clients the reassurance of knowing they have a formidable legal team on their side.
