I am a partner and head of the firm’s land development team, specialising in residential land  development and commercial property.

I first qualified as a surveyor, and know land development inside-out, with an excellent understanding of the buying process from the perspective of a land buyer. This gives me an invaluable insight into my clients’ needs, and helps me anticipate potential issues or delays and deal with them quickly.

My clients want clarity and decisiveness in helping sort out legal issues that could derail a deal, such as boundary disputes or restrictive covenants.  When problems arise they look to me for solutions.

They expect me as a partner in the firm to be personally involved in all aspects of the work, and to be able to pick up the phone and get well-informed advice without delay.
