I am a partner and head of the firm’s corporate team, specialising in mergers, acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures, corporate finance, stock market flotations and fundraisings, and a range of other commercial matters. I am also a member of the firm’s Management Board.

I also have particular expertise in the IT and technology, financial services, motor industry, retail and healthcare sectors. I am a Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry.

My clients want legal advice that is commercially aware and practical. They need clarity, good judgement and a quick response when issues arise.
