I am a associate solicitor in the family law team, working with clients who are facing relationship breakdown. I deal with financial divorce settlements, and matters relating to contact with children post-separation.
My clients want practical guidance to help them understand their options and responsibilities.
I provide clear advice on the various options for reaching agreement in a way that is ideally non-confrontational and constructive, including mediation or collaboration.
My clients have the clarity and pragmatic support they need to get through what can be a deeply emotional process, allowing them to move on with their lives.
In addition to divorce settlements, I also have a large practice helping people who are ‘starting out’ in a new relationship. My clients want to protect their assets for the future, through pre or post nuptial agreements or cohabitation agreements. They can expect sound, practical advice, a fair and reasonable agreement to protect their interests and, in what can be a delicate area, the sensitivity to help ensure the process of coming to an agreement goes smoothly.
I am a member of Resolution, the national organisation of specialist family lawyers, and I am also qualified as a Collaborative Practitioner.
