We understand how important it is for our clients to receive real-time updates on the progress of debt recovery cases and to be able to download management information for themselves.
This is why we’ve developed a case management system that integrates with your own internal systems to provide a fast, cost-effective and transparent way of working.
Real-time information and updates
Once you have logged in to the portal you can track the progress of your cases, carry out actions assigned to you and upload any documentation that we need directly into the system.

Pre-drafted letters, emails and PDFs
Key management information for internal reporting purposes
Current and closed case information
Data that is the same as your internal systems
We are still here should you need to ask questions but the online portal makes transactional elements of the case work much quicker and easier.
Free system integration
We will integrate the systems at your company with our case management system for free. As there isn’t manual input of data it minimises the risk of inaccurate information. Our data is also integrated with the Charbery System, which means lenders and banks can directly compare information with other solicitors on the lending panel.
