Finances

In any divorce it is important to secure a legally bound settlement regarding division of the marital finances covering both assets and income.

We cover this in more detail under our finance section.

There are circumstances in which an order from a court in England and Wales can be binding on other countries, enabling funds to be encashed from properties or investments abroad. Orders in respect of maintenance for either a spouse or child can also be enforced abroad through reciprocal arrangements established with foreign jurisdictions.

We will advise you what the best course of action is in your particular circumstances.
