Probate services for executors and the bereaved

If you are the executor of someone’s estate, you need to know clearly what your legal responsibilities are.

You also need to feel confident that the process will be handled as quickly and efficiently as possible, and with sensitivity at your time of loss.

Our probate lawyers are highly experienced specialists with an expert knowledge of the law. But what makes us different is that we are also good listeners, with the sensitivity to know when emotional support is as important as our legal advice.

If you would like to find out more, please contact Alison Lloyd. You can also read our latest factsheet here:

Our fees/rates

Unlike other firms and banks who charge a percentage of the value of the estate, we simply charge an hourly rate for the work involved.  We always provide an estimate, based on a number of variables such as the number of beneficiaries, the number of cash legacies, the assets involved such as a property and stocks and shares and whether there will be any HM Revenue & Customs involvement. Also because we specialise in probate, we have the systems in place to deliver real efficiencies and reduce cost. We hope you will find our fees are fair, transparent and good value for money.
