Business support Southampton
We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our HR team based in Southampton. This role will support the Head of HR and two HR Advisors to deliver an excellent support service to approximately 300 employees.
Ensuring quality and accuracy of work at all times, you will be responsible for a variety of HR Generalist tasks including administering the HR systems, processing all new starters, staff changes and leavers, recruitment administration and organising employee training.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year’s previous experience in a similar HR role. You will have an understanding of HR policies and processes and an interest in employment legislation. You will also be proactive, organised and energetic with a good eye for detail.
You must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Ideally you will have experience of updating and maintaining systems or databases; preferably from an HR perspective.
