Moore Blatch provides plenty of opportunities for progression for those who demonstrate skill and potential. We prefer to promote from within the firm as it helps to build a consistent, expert team better able to service our clients.

Success is not just based on legal ability, although that is essential. We also expect our staff to have the people skills that well-rounded lawyers need, including client focus, openness, a positive approach, commitment and an enthusiasm to learn.

Our solicitors are encouraged to progress through the partnership structure. For talented lawyers who work hard and make a real contribution, career progression can be very rapid. We reward people based on performance and merit, not years served. We follow the progress of our fee earners closely and give support when necessary.

Our support staff are equally important to the firm’s success, and there are opportunities for progression to senior positions such as Team Managers, Supervisors and Leaders. Many of our support staff have made the transition to fee earning and some have gone on to become solicitors or Fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives.
