I started working in residential property in 2002 after completing my Law degree. I have spent most of my time working in the Hampshire area but have dealt with residential properties ranging from Newcastle down to the Isle of Wight.
My clients range from first time buyers in their early 20’s to those in later life who are looking to downsize, Investors, Landlords, Companies and private individuals.
Buying or selling a property can be a daunting experience for a lot of people and I try to take out as much of the worry as I can. With the large amount of paperwork that has to be completed or read, it can be overwhelming if a client has not done it before or has not moved home in 20 years. I try to provide as much help as possible to take the stress out of the transaction.
I am a regular gym goer and while my playing days are unfortunately over, I still try to watch as much rugby as I can. As my wife is Italian I am trying to learn the language.

- Estate administration
I am an Associate in the Lymington probate team. Since qualifying in 2003, I have worked in private client teams for firms in Salisbury and Devon and joined Moore Blatch in 2018. I am experienced in administering large and often complex estates and making special probate applications where there is a disputed or lost will.
My role involves acting for the executors and personal representatives of an estate; these clients are often relatives or close friends of the person who has died, professional executors, or charities. I assist them in obtaining probate to the estate, advising on any tax implications, resolving any issues in order to distribute the estate as quickly and efficiently as possible to the beneficiaries.
Providing a sensitive, friendly and understanding approach to every situation is important to me, as I deal with clients who are at a challenging and often distressing time in their lives.
Previously, I specialised in will drafting, powers of attorney work, advance decisions and court of protection applications, as well as estate administration. I also have experience acting for and advising a large number of national charities in their role as personal representatives, and on estate administration issues generally.
I am married with two young children who keep me busy! I love running (completing two marathons in 2018), reading and socialising with friends.

Advising people who have been appointed as attorneys or deputies is also part of my role.
I joined Moore Blatch in 2017 following the completion of a law degree.

I am an associate in the family team. I represent individuals and couples who are facing relationship breakdown.
I support clients who are either separating or divorcing. I help them resolve financial matters, and deal with disputes concerning their children – specifically how much time a child or children can spend with each parent.
I guide clients through the options available to them, helping find the best process and solutions for their circumstances. Wherever possible, I help clients avoid litigation. By adopting a constructive approach, I help minimise acrimony, delays in resolving issues, and costs.
If there are significant disputes concerning finances and/or children, I act for clients in court proceedings or arbitration. This includes disputes over the value of a trust or business interests.
I also support clients when there are disagreements over whether their child or children should be allowed to live abroad. I have acted for several clients on cross-jurisdictional international issues including dealing with the enforcement of foreign orders.
In addition, I offer advice on pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreements and advise co-habiting clients who are considering a living together agreement.
I am a trained collaborative lawyer and family law mediator. This means I often take an holistic approach, working alongside experts in other areas such as family and financial consultants to provide a comprehensive service where clients or couples have the opportunity to sit around a table to find solutions to the issues they are facing.
I am a founding member of the Hampshire Family Legal Solutions Group and regularly act for clients choosing this type of collaborative process which puts the needs of the family, especially any children, first. Here is a video explaining more about the process – https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChvtWHPPY5pcbBRoQF8iFGg
I enjoy swimming, pilates and generally keeping fit. I volunteer at my local church by helping with one of the youth groups which gives me the opportunity to play lots of fun games I otherwise would no longer get to play, such as pass the parcel and musical chairs!
