Last night Philip Lea and I were privileged to attend Speakers House for the formal launch of the report of the findings of a parliamentary inquiry into cerebral palsy the overall aim of which has been to identify policy changes that could help the 30,000 children in the UK with cerebral palsy to achieve their full potential in life.
