I am the managing partner of Moore Blatch, with overall executive responsibility for the firm’s strategic direction and corporate responsibilities.
As a solicitor, I typically I act for a range of investors, developers, commercial clients, private individuals, trusts and families with varying property interests and holdings across the UK.
I am also head of our rural services team which includes lawyers specialising in all aspects of legal advice related to this sector, including property, wills and trusts, tax planning, business and partnership arrangements and land development. My clients within this sector include landed estates, landowners, investors, farmers, small holders and rural and equine businesses.
I provide a friendly, responsive and approachable service, with pragmatic legal advice in plain English. I take into account the practical realities of your position, as well as the law, recommending solutions rather than identifying problems. I deliver projects to tight deadlines, whether they are multi million pound real estate transactions or small scale advisory matters.
Before reading law I read history at Edinburgh University. I am a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the CLA.
