I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and specialise in property transactions and landlord and tenant work involving agriculture, estates, equestrian and high value rural and town properties.
My clients, who are typically high net worth individuals, involve me in their property transactions whether this is buying and selling land and properties for them, landlord and tenant work or advising them on property and agricultural law matters.
I have a great deal of experience in relation to the purchase and sale of farms, equestrian properties and rural land; landlord and tenant work particularly business leases, farm business tenancies and agricultural tenancies; and residential country house and town transactions.
I also have experience in equine law including equestrian disputes and equine contracts that require drafting.
I am a country girl at heart, living in Midhurst, West Sussex within the core of the South Downs National Park, enjoying all country pursuits but in particular owning and riding horses, working my sheepdog and enjoying the spectacular country pubs we have on offer!
