Having specialised in property and finance at law school I qualified as a solicitor in November 2008 after completing my training contract in Southampton. I joined Moore Blatch in May 2015 as a partner in our commercial property team.
My clients typically include lenders, high street and specialist/mezzanine, landowners, local and national house builders and investors, and also other businesses and private individuals who require commercial property advice. I have specific experience in acting for well known businesses in the transport, logistics and marine sectors.
In addition I also specialise in advising clients on property related issues arising out of formal insolvencies and business turnarounds. My experience in the insolvency sector means that not only do I work with insolvency practitioners, but I can also offer other clients realistic and commercial advice when acquiring property from liquidators, administrators or trustees in bankruptcy.
In the current legal market clients should expect outstanding technical knowledge, communication, responsiveness and pragmatism from their advisers. I therefore pride myself on ensuring that all clients receive an unparalleled and bespoke service, which goes above and beyond the ‘bare minimum’.
Outside of work I enjoy being a Dad, cars and motor racing (I am a fanatical petrol head), trying to cook and being a Francophile!
