I qualified as a Solicitor in 2002, Associate 2005, and invited to Partnership in 2010. I have been specialising in the area of serious injury and fatal incidents since I qualified. I joined Moore Blatch in 2016 as a Partner in the serious injury team.
I specialise in representing those who have through no fault of their own suffered serious injury or bereavement either in England or abroad, claim compensation from the party at fault. A part of this process is the focus on early rehabilitation and interim payments.
My experience includes undertaking advocacy at inquests, case management hearings and trials. This experience benefits the client by being able to anticipate likely issues that might later arise at court, and take action to reduce risk.
I am a keen believer in access to justice both through my day to day work, and through the Charitable organisations which I support. I will ensure best funding advice is given to tailor my clients needs.
I enjoy cycling, skiing and running.
