I am a paralegal in the family team and primarily assist Jan Galloway, Partner in the Richmond family team.
I joined Moore Blatch in 2015 following completion of the Legal Practice Course. I am a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and aim to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive and thereafter dual qualify as a Solicitor.
Our clients come from all walks of life and across many geographical areas both in the UK and abroad. Our clients seek clear and succinct advice, support and understanding of their often complex and frequently emotional issues. We guide them through what is often a confusing and unsettling time in their lives.
I support Jan Galloway with her varied caseload and therefore have experience in a wide range of family work including prenuptial agreements, divorce, nullity, financial claims and child arrangements. I have assisted on a number of complex matrimonial disputes involving high net worth individuals with assets based in more than one jurisdiction. I also have experience in assisting on international children law matters involving Hague Convention international child abduction proceedings.
