I am a solicitor, I trained and practised at an international law firm before moving to a well-known West End law firm which focuses on property and private client work. I joined Moore Blatch as a partner in October 2017 and am based in the firm’s City of London office.
I specialise in commercial property and development work, some of which has residential components. My experience includes acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development and landlord and tenant work (acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants).
I have recently acted for a variety of clients, including national property companies and funds, corporate occupiers, property developers and private investors and have advised on property work in various sectors, including retail and leisure, residential, offices, industrial and redevelopment schemes.
I have particular expertise in project managing complex transactions efficiently for my clients.
I am familiar with the specific requirements of corporate occupiers and have acted on some of London’s most prestigious office lettings in recent years.
I am married with one young son. In my spare time, I enjoy being a Dad, cooking and gardening.
