I qualified in 2003 and have specialised exclusively in family since then. I have worked in London since 2007. I joined Moore Blatch as a partner in the family team in Richmond in January 2018.
I help clients resolve their children and financial issues upon relationship breakdown. My clients tell me they like my practical no nonsense approach to dealing with their matters as well as understanding what their key objectives are and keeping their costs down where I can.
I have many years experience in divorce and resolving financial disputes upon relationship breakdown to include assets overseas and business interests.
I have acted for unmarried parents in Schedule 1 claims to secure significant financial provision for children.
I regularly act for parents where there is a dispute about how much time they spend with their children or who they live with or where there is a dispute about key issues such as schooling.
I have acted in many cases involving permanent relocation abroad for children as well as temporary removal for holidays.
I have advised on many pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
I am collaboratively trained by Resolution, this is an alterative method for resolving disputes which puts the client in control of the process and helps to preserve a respectful relationship between those who are separating. It is particularly beneficial where there are children.
In my spare time I enjoy walking on Wimbledon Common and enjoying all London has to offer including theatre, restaurants and exhibitions. I love travel be it sunshine or a city break.

"Victoria has been helpful to me in being a calm, approachable and entirely affable individual to deal with, making it feel less like the formal process that the law can represent to inexperienced people like myself. She has helped me see the wood from the trees, in sorting through the context and detail of events to identify what is material and significant and what is not. Importantly I’ve felt like I’m being treated like a human by a professional who has adapted their style to my needs and helped me stay on the straight and narrow." Mr D – Client
"Victoria has acted for me since 2014 following a recommendation from a mutual friend. She understood my predicaments and gave me very sound advice, she is well versed in her area of expertise and I did not hesitate to instruct her again in 2017 to start proceedings. She is incredibly supportive and was always on hand to answer my numerous queries very patiently to bring clarity into a very emotive situation. I would very gladly recommend Victoria to others and would use her services again in the future." Ms G –Client
"I have been a continuous client of Victoria’s since 2014. Victoria has a plethora of skills in particular she is able to take the emotion and stress out of the situation in front of her whilst finding the best solution, often the best emotionally intelligent solution. Victoria is excellent at de-escalating the aggressive solicitors on the other side." Client
"Victoria is hugely competent and knows about procedure, she stands by her client and is a find in these shark infested waters." Ms W - Client
