I am a specialist in contentious insolvency matters whether of a commercial or personal nature. I pursue and defend of all types of antecedent transactions and advise upon various applications from presenting or defending a petition, interim orders, emergency injunctive applications, administration applications and applications for validation through to claims to recover assets.
My aim is to provide practical solutions in order to secure the best possible outcome in a given situation in the most cost effective manner. I act for insolvency practitioners, company directors and individuals at various stages of an insolvency process. Past clients have been impressed by my no nonsense approach, ability to keep a case on track and reluctance to ‘sit on the fence’ when giving advice.
I am a very active, social person who loves their food. In my spare time I can be found running along Southsea seafront, cycling, breaking my promise to “retire” from netball, planning my next meal and socialising with friends.
