Brexit and farming subsidies, insolvency & restructuring concerns

I am a partner and head of the professional negligence team. I also head the firm’s business recovery and insolvency team, and have a special interest in marine legal matters.
My clients are professional practices such as solicitors, surveyors, architects and accountants who I help in dealing with negligence claims and all aspects of contentious insolvency.
I act for insolvency practitioners and company directors, dealing with more general professional negligence claims.
My marine clients are businesses such as boatyards or marinas, as well as individual boat owners.
In all cases, I provide my clients with legal advice that is clear, practical and cost-effective. I am always available at the end of the phone to discuss concerns or provide reassurance.
The teams I manage combine a high level of legal expertise with practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of business.

"You and the Moore Blatch team really took this to them and did not waiver. Escalate is a truly game changing product and has enabled us as a mere minnow to swim with sharks and hold them to account. You have given us a chance to carve out a future that would have otherwise been very difficult and would have no doubt meant the end of our business. You have no idea what this means for my family and the families of Kevin and Jim. I am eternally grateful." Dave C, flooring company
