Can the NHS recover its costs from an insurance company after a personal injury claim?
Sophie Davies | 02.01.2018
I joined Moore Blatch in 2012 and worked as a paralegal in personal injury before becoming a trainee solicitor in 2014. I trained in family, employment and serious injury before qualifying as a solicitor in 2016 and joining the Major Trauma team.
My clients have often suffered a major trauma resulting in serious and often life-changing physical and/or psychological injuries.
I focus on early intervention by seeking to obtain funding for rehabilitation and any other support that my clients may need as well as securing them compensation.
I also assist with the Legal and Welfare Service (LAWS), operated by the Brain Injury Group charity at the Royal Hospital for Neuro Disability, running free legal advice clinics.
In my spare time I play in a local netball league and can often be found on a golf course
You seem to be the only solicitor that has mentioned about treatment and I welcome that fact as it’s not only about pay-out for compensation but also the help I need along the way of my recovery.
