About Tim

I am a partner and head of the firm’s medical negligence team. I help clients navigate complex claims involving death and serious neurological or obstetric injury resulting from medical mismanagement.

My clients include those who have suffered serious physical or emotional trauma arising from medical negligence.

Before returning to claimant practice, I spent nearly a decade leading a team of lawyers investigating major clinical mishaps for the NHS. I was also course director for the UK’s first university-accredited Diploma in Clinical Risk Management for healthcare professionals.

This experience gave me a valuable insight into the processes and procedures within healthcare organisations, which helps inform the expert legal support I give to my clients.

I have a particular interest in ensuring that lessons are learned from individual patient experience within the NHS so that patient care is improved overall.
