- Residential Sales and Purchases (Leasehold and Freehold)
- Right to Buy
- Help to Buy
I started working in residential property in 2002 after completing my Law degree. I have spent most of my time working in the Hampshire area but have dealt with residential properties ranging from Newcastle down to the Isle of Wight.
My clients range from first time buyers in their early 20’s to those in later life who are looking to downsize, Investors, Landlords, Companies and private individuals.
Buying or selling a property can be a daunting experience for a lot of people and I try to take out as much of the worry as I can. With the large amount of paperwork that has to be completed or read, it can be overwhelming if a client has not done it before or has not moved home in 20 years. I try to provide as much help as possible to take the stress out of the transaction.
I am a regular gym goer and while my playing days are unfortunately over, I still try to watch as much rugby as I can. As my wife is Italian I am trying to learn the language.
- Business recovery
I am a solicitor in the firm’s business recovery and insolvency team and work with insolvency practitioners, directors, individuals, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders.
My aim is to provide plain speaking and pragmatic advice in order to protect our client’s interests and help them make decisions with confidence. I do this in a manner which is both practical and cost-effective.
In my spare time, I am heavily involved in amateur dramatics and can often be found performing with a group who support the work of local hospice. I am also a season ticket holder at Southampton FC.
I am a solicitor in the firm’s corporate team and joined the firm on qualification in September 2018. I provide specialist support on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations and fundraising.
Our clients expect clear, practical advice and a proactive approach which is tailored to the needs of their business.

I am a paralegal in the firm’s Commercial Property team, working with banks and lenders in relation to repossession sales and applications by the borrowers which affect the security following completion of a loan, such as leases, transfers of equity and sales of part.
Outside of work I enjoy going to concerts, organising events and being creative.
My clients range from household names to owner-managed businesses, investment companies and private individuals looking for commercial property advice.
I advise clients on all legal matters relating to commercial property, although I predominantly advise on matters related to landlord and tenants. I also specialise in supporting clients with the acquisition and disposal of all forms of commercial property including investment sales and purchase, and commercial development.
I have worked in the commercial property sector for over 20 years and joined Moore Blatch after working for 14 years at a niche commercial property practice.
I lead three specialised and bespoke property teams in plot sales, new build transactions and lender services. Within the teams that I manage, I ensure that there is expert in-depth legal knowledge as well as a detailed understanding of the business of conveyancing.
I have over 20 years experience in property law transactions and as a result fully understand the needs of house builders, their purchasers and lenders. I provide our clients with a personally tailored service that exceeds their requirements and expectations.
I am married with a daughter to whom I dedicate most of my spare time.
